As a Clinical Counsellor I’m honest enough to say I experience anxiety but do not suffer from it!
Deciding which thoughts are worth holding tight has been the biggest benefit of achieving two Counselling degrees, a Master of Social Work and Accreditation as a Mental Health Social Worker.

Your body is a miracle!
Consider conception – the very wise egg, that you produced, had a choice, it selected the strongest healthiest sperm – you are the chosen one!
You were born with inner wisdom – when you came out of the womb you possessed all this wisdom. From here society conditioned you to feel fear, to doubt yourself and to worry.
We often carry all this conditioning through new stages of life. We live with automatic fears, lack of faith, and often limited knowledge in how the body works.
What do you bring?
What do you carry every day? Is anxiety and depression a constant companion?
Do you need to carry so much negativity? If you are the one reminding yourself of the negativity every day, then you are the one who can stop it.
Understand how powerful you are. You have choices. You are wise. You need to choose you!

If food used to be – now make knowledge your new fuel.
Read, watch, listen, talk to others, surround yourself with motivated others. When you are clear with what you are trying to achieve it will be easier to stay on track. Keep learning. You are about to change, grow and learn.
