Together, we find ways to resurface the fun parts of you, reignite the you, you knew was in there somewhere, or create change and new direction.
Menopause and Mental Health is an area I provide a safe place to share your list and use all the language necessary to express your frustrations and be heard without judgement.
You deserve the time and the opportunity to be heard and understand yourself better.
Resilience is tested in FIFO relationships. With a solid foundation we can build our relationship strong enough to take on anything - this is ‘relationship resilience’. Are you simply surviving as individuals and your connection is lost, pressured or declining?
